We design and implement training for schools and community based organizations in service of creating self-sustaining PLAAY programs and healthy environments. We don't abandon partners once initial training is complete, but rather join in community to ensure our partners' ongoing capacity to offer PLAAY to their children and young people.

We offer facilitator workshops and supervision, faculty professional development and a train the trainer track which together services the development of self-sustaining programs within schools and community based organizations. We believe in a systems approach, teaching PLAAY perspectives and skills across settings.  While we are able to facilitate PLAAY groups ourselves, we find that training school staff and community members who already know what is best for their own communities and have established relationships with young people is the most effective strategy and maximizes PLAAY sustainability within organizations.
