We design and deliver training for schools and community organizations to create self-sustaining PLAAY programs and foster healthy environments. Our commitment doesn’t end with the initial training. We stay engaged, working alongside our partners to build lasting capacity and ensure they can continue offering PLAAY to their children and young people.

We offer facilitator workshops, supervision, faculty professional development, and a train-the-trainer track, all designed to support the development of self-sustaining PLAAY programs within schools and community organizations. We believe in a systems approach, teaching PLAAY perspectives and skills across different settings. While we can facilitate PLAAY groups ourselves, we believe that training school staff and community members—who have the best understanding of their own communities and established relationships with young people—is the most effective strategy for ensuring long-term sustainability of PLAAY programs.
